I’m Angela Perez, a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Seattle Metro West. My goal is simple: make one of life’s biggest moves feel calm, clear, and cared for.
You get one dedicated advisor — plus in-house listing media, thoughtful staging direction, and a marketing plan built to make your home shine. I pair that with years on the operating side of housing. I manage an eight-property, 291-unit portfolio in Seattle and co-own MYAH, a boutique rental management company, and I work with clients from the Sound to the coast. So I read a rent roll as easily as a listing sheet.
